When I started this list, I couldn't think what would be on it. I've been re-reading alot this year, and I've had a ton of books that I've stopped and started. And then covid in November seems to have wiped alot out of my memory banks- maybe because of the weeks of insomnia. Anyway, I went through my library checkouts and my storygraph, and found that it's a decent-sized list after all.
I didn't put any re-reads on it. And I'm surprised to have a few actually new books on the list. American Ending, Lost Places, and The Deluge came out this year, and the others are pretty recent. Not that I think there's anything wrong with the backlist, I just like to break my habits and reading new stuff does that.
I don't have much to say about these. I'm not sick anymore, but I had a monster headache last week and I'm still catching up. It's New Years Day as I write, so I've got to get myself back to work tomorrow, and I'm going to drink some hot chocolate and wind down.
